Job Summary

As a Customer Engineer III, you will be part of a dynamic team that works closely with our Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive business growth, and shape the future of cloud technology. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our customers navigate the complexities of cloud computing, develop innovative solutions, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Sales teams to deliver tailored solutions, drive customer success, and shape the future of cloud technology

  • Partner with technical Sales teams as a data analytics subject matter expert to differentiate arenaflex Cloud to our customers
  • Assist fellow Sales Googlers by problem-solving key technical issues for our customers
  • Liaise with the product marketing management and engineering teams to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to arenaflex Cloud products
  • Develop creative cloud solutions and architectures to solve business challenges, engage in proofs of concepts, and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Engage with prospective and existing customers and partners to understand their needs, develop customized solutions, and drive business growth
  • Travel up to 30% of the time to meet with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
  • Experience working with State Local Public Sector clients, including state, county, local municipal agencies, and academic institutions
  • Ability to learn quickly, understand, and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud technology space

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment

  • Experience in architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems
  • Experience in data and information management as it relates to big data trends
  • Experience with frameworks for deep learning (e.g., PyTorch, Tensorflow, Jax, Ray, etc.), AI accelerators (e.g., TPUs, GPUs), model architectures (e.g., encoders, decoders, transformers), and using machine learning APIs
  • Experience in building machine learning solutions and leveraging specific machine learning architectures (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks)

* Strong technical expertise in cloud native architecture, data analytics, and machine learning

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
