Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant - Live Chatter (Social Media) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers across social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Providing prompt and friendly responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information
  • Monitoring social media channels for feedback and trends, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance service quality and maintain brand voice consistency
  • Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to deliver accurate assistance
  • Adapting to dynamic environments, prioritizing customer satisfaction and fostering community engagement

What You'll Be Doing

As a Live Chat Customer Support Agent, you'll be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your goal will be to provide timely and accurate responses, resolving issues and building strong relationships with our customers.

Contract Length and Rate

We're offering a flexible contract with no fixed term, allowing you to work as much or as little as you like. Your hourly rate will be $35 per hour, with the opportunity to earn more as you grow with our team.

Skills and Background

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours of availability per week
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Hours and Location

We're looking for someone who can commit to at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed. You'll be working remotely online, and we prefer candidates based in the United States.
