A Day in the Life as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the cornerstone of our organization, serving as the first point of contact for our patients. You'll receive comprehensive training to help patients navigate the billing process and resolve their outstanding balances. Your empathetic nature and ability to quickly resolve problems while remaining positive will be essential to your success. You'll actively listen to patients, negotiate and collect payments, and offer excellent customer service, even in challenging situations.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience in healthcare billing and finance
  • Understanding of HIPAA
  • Ability to learn new software quickly

Work Schedule

Our Healthcare Customer Service Representatives enjoy flexibility through three schedule options:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
