Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service that exceeds their expectations. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers with a smile and provide a warm, welcoming experience

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions, and collect payment from customers
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, adhering to arenaflex's quality and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring a positive experience for customers
  • Adhere to arenaflex's grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service preferred
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Pass a Criminal Background Check
