Job Summary

As a Customer Information Representative for our Workers' Compensation division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You will utilize your knowledge of the insurance industry and specifically workers' compensation to accurately and efficiently assist customers with their inquiries. You will communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide timely and accurate information. You will also maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's policies, procedures, and products related to workers' compensation.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to all clients of arenaflex's Workers' Compensation division, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Utilize knowledge of the insurance industry and specifically workers' compensation to accurately and efficiently assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide timely and accurate information.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's policies, procedures, and products related to workers' compensation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep up-to-date on industry trends and changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations to provide the most accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and inquiries.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on workers' compensation.

  • Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or a related field.

  • Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on Spanish, English, or other languages.
