The Role

As a Ministry Success Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for churches, providing expert guidance, support, and encouragement to help them succeed online. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of churches and the people they serve. You'll be responsible for: ### Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to questions and resolve challenges from churches through email, chat, and phone
  • Proactively guide ministries in how to best utilize their arenaflex websites and tools
  • Accurately document interactions, progress, and resolutions
  • Collaborate internally to escalate and resolve more technical issues when needed
  • Stay organized using systems like HubSpot (CRM) and ClickUp (task management)
  • Continuously learn and adapt as our platform evolves to better serve churches

### What We're Looking For

  • A heart for the local church – you believe in what churches are doing and want to help them succeed
  • Fast learner who is resourceful, tech-savvy, and loves solving problems
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented – you don't let things slip through the cracks
  • Excellent communication skills – clear, professional, and warm
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and ClickUp is highly preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous customer service, tech support, or ministry experience is a plus, but not required if you're the right fit
