About the Role

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose when and where you work, allowing you to balance your personal and professional life. You'll be working as an Independent Contractor, responsible for your own schedule and workload. Our clients are looking for individuals who are comfortable conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls, creatively problem-solving, and providing a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
  • Creatively problem-solve to provide sound solutions to customer needs
  • Quickly assess customer needs and provide high-level customer service
  • Document details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Manage multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Requirements

To be successful as a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Basic typing skills
  • Strong customer service and written skills
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Earning Potential

As a self-employed Independent Contractor, you'll submit invoices and receive payment for completed services. Programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives. Actual earnings may vary depending on opportunity, call type, call volume, and other factors.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor at arenaflex, you'll need to:
  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
  • Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Meet additional requirements specific to the program you choose

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. You'll have the flexibility to choose which programs you participate in and when you work.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor, you'll choose your own schedule by self-scheduling in 30-minute blocks. You'll dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients, and the more you service, the higher your earning potential.
