The Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative to join our UK-based team. As a key member of our customer success team, your primary focus will be conducting service reviews and coordinating onboarding activities to ensure our customers get maximum value from the arenaflex platform. You'll be the bridge between our customers and internal teams, capturing feedback and ensuring follow-up on action items. Your exceptional communication and relationship-building skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers and driving a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading regular service reviews with customers to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities, and address challenges
  • Coordinating and managing smooth onboarding experiences for new customers, ensuring they are set up for success from day one
  • Acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams, capturing feedback and ensuring follow-up on action items
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, onboarding progress, and service outcomes using CRM tools
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to drive a seamless customer journey

What We’re Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer success, onboarding, or account management role (B2B SaaS or cybersecurity experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, with strong time-management and coordination abilities
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and platforms
  • Based in the UK and available for occasional in-person team meetings or client visits if needed
