Job Summary

As an Annuities Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll work closely with agents, internal wholesalers, and other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to deliver an elite customer experience and drive process improvements that positively impact our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Follows procedures to process new business application transactions accurately and efficiently. - Corresponds with agents, internal wholesalers, and other departments regarding pending cases. - Responsible for the accurate handling and timely execution of New Business Applications. - Provides an elite customer service experience through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. - Continuously evaluates and identifies opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience. - Ensures transactions are processed on our administrative systems accurately and in a timeframe considered suitable by SEC and DXC/BrightHouse guidelines. - Reports any potential fraudulent, money laundering, or unethical requests that have been reviewed. - Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

Mandatory Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the insurance and annuities fields. - Working experience of insurance products, applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Excellent grammar and writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Annuities experience is highly preferred. - MS Excel experience.

Work Environment

- This position is fully remote within the United States only. - Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; Central Time Zone is preferred. - All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $31,800 - $52,000, depending on experience. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the arenaflex benefit program, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance coverage; employee wellness; life and disability insurance; a retirement savings plan; paid holidays; and paid time off.
