Job Summary:

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for identifying and mitigating churn and downgrade risks, while executing opportunities to expand or deepen a customer's relationship with our organization. This is a unique opportunity to work in a remote environment on a night shift schedule, allowing you to balance your work and personal life while making a significant impact on our customers' success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and mitigate churn and downgrade risks by analyzing customer data, conducting regular check-ins, and providing proactive support. - Develop and execute strategies to expand or deepen a customer's relationship with arenaflex, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth. - Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and pain points to deliver tailored solutions. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services to provide expert guidance and support.

Requirements:

Proven Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in consultative SaaS or B2B sales, with a demonstrated track record of successfully growing accounts and reducing churn. -

Stakeholder Management:

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and internal departments, to navigate complex relationship and sales processes. -

Technical Skills:

Tech-savvy with the ability to effectively use tools like G-Suite and Salesforce to manage customer relationships and drive business outcomes. -

Language Proficiency:

Native and/or bilingual English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
