Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Advanced Customer Engineers to join our Critical Account Program and premium services portfolio teams. As a key interface between arenaflex and our largest and most important customers, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex technical issues, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities

As an Advanced Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Critical Account Program customers and premium services portfolio customers to understand their technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing expert-level support to resolve customer concerns
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customer engineers and other stakeholders across all levels of customer organizations
  • Communicating effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to customers
  • Working closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency

Requirements

To succeed as an Advanced Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Typically, 10+ years' experience in a related field, with a strong history of troubleshooting and customer-facing roles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Mastery in English and local language, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and be a self-starter when it comes to training and professional development
