Collections and Customer Service Advisor – Asesor de Cobranza y Servicio al Cliente - Contract to Hire

As a Collections and Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission. You'll be responsible for managing collection processes, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting financial responsibility among our clients. Responsibilities:

* Proactively manage collection processes and provide support to clients via phone or digital channels, ensuring clear and respectful communication.

  • Offer personalized assistance to clients regarding their payment plans, due dates, and financial obligations, always seeking a constructive resolution.
  • Support clients in understanding and navigating their credit status, promoting financial responsibility while aligning with company policies.
  • Document all interactions in CRM or ticketing platforms to ensure proper follow-up and case tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, Universidad Metropolitana, or Universidad Monteávila).

  • Preferred degrees: Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Law.
  • A copy of your university degree must be submitted to complete the process.

Essential Skills:

* Basic understanding of consumer credit and financial products.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for collections and customer service.
  • Experience using CRM systems, ticketing, or case-tracking tools.
  • Good command of Excel (basic to intermediate level).
  • Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
