Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Account Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing proactive and timely resolutions for customer inquiries and concerns
- Building customer loyalty and creating value through thoughtful account management, identifying opportunities for additional products, services, and solutions
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences using provided training tools, resources, and personal expertise
- Meeting department productivity and quality standards
- Completing training requirements to develop new skills, expand knowledge, and grow within arenaflex
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation and Perks
As a Customer Service Account Associate, you'll start at a competitive hourly rate of $20.00, with opportunities to earn up to a total of $750 while completing training milestones. Once you've completed your training, you'll be eligible for an annualized incentive target of $4,400/year, with actual incentives varying based on performance and full-time status.
