About You
We are seeking an exceptional customer success professional who is passionate about providing great support to traditionally underserved customers and scaling that support for a business focused on financial empowerment. If you thrive in a high-intensity role, are comfortable with a remote work environment, and have prior experience working in a professional customer support and/or account servicing role for an early-stage or high-growth consumer fintech startup, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support and account servicing to our growing customer base
- Scoping self-serve features and scaling servicing operations to meet the evolving needs of our customers
- Contributing to the establishment of the customer success foundation for the entire company
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Identifying and reporting bugs internally to improve our platform and services
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience working in a professional customer support and/or account servicing role for an early-stage or high-growth consumer fintech startup
- Prior experience interfacing with engineering and leveraging customer support interactions to find and report bugs internally
- Early-stage startup experience and demonstrated ability to learn rapidly
- Proficient with SQL (bonus)
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, handles shifting priorities fluidly, and works effectively with cross-functional teams

* Experience using AI, automation, and data tools in customer support and account servicing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams
