About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager for ChatGPT, you'll be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that fuel adoption and engagement for one of the world's most widely used AI products. This role requires a strategic marketer who can craft compelling narratives by deeply understanding both ChatGPT's capabilities and the needs of our diverse users. You'll work closely with our Product, Engineering, Research, Comms, and Design teams to create a cohesive customer experience across all our channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and capabilities within ChatGPT
- Collaborate with product and research teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-centric messaging
- Leverage market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and identify growth opportunities
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, content, and materials that enhance user engagement and adoption
- Analyze product usage data and user feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve user experience
You Might Thrive in This Role If You:
* Have 10+ years of experience in consumer or product marketing, with a strong focus in technology
- Possess a strong understanding of AI technologies and the ability to articulate their value to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrate excellent communication and storytelling skills
