Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to client inquiries and concerns through our online chat platform in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Providing accurate information about our services and helping clients understand the therapy process
  • Assisting clients in booking appointments with the appropriate therapist based on their needs
  • Following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services and addressing any concerns they may have
  • Collaborating with our team of therapists to ensure smooth communication and coordination of services for clients
  • Continuously updating and maintaining client records and ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay updated on our services and improve your skills as a Live Chat Agent

Qualifications

To be successful as a Live Chat Agent, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathize and provide support to individuals in distress
  • A passion for helping others and contributing to their mental wellbeing
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with mental health terminology and practices is preferred
  • Prior experience using online chat platforms or customer service software is an asset
  • Ability to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
