Staff Accountant
Workforce Solutions partners with leading CPA firms to connect them with top talent in public accounting. They are seeking a Staff Accountant to provide audit, bookkeeping, and tax preparation services while supporting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Providing full-charge bookkeeping services to multiple clients
- Preparing payroll, tax, and business records and reports
- Preparing corporate and individual tax returns
- Assisting with analyzing client financial records to identify potential accounting and auditing issues
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field at minimum
- 0-2 years' experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting/taxation concepts
- High level of computer literacy, to include proficiency in computer programs (i.e. Microsoft Suite)
- Demonstrate the ability to produce a high quality product through attention to detail
- Open, honest and professional communication; including active listening skills
- Self-management to meet target dates
