Clinical Operations Coordinator

Office: Corporate US Remote START YOUR APPLICATION

SUMMARY

Providing and ensuring clinical compliance, knowledge and quality across the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Assurance

  • Review for appropriate treatment, recordability designation, and policy/protocol compliance
  • Complete full, in-depth chart review and report alongside Medical Director when required
  • Clinical Onboarding
  • Scheduling and completion of clinical interviews and onboardings for new and returning employees including deployment of Electronic Health Record and Communication system
  • Continuous review and improvement of interviewing, onboarding, and other training processes

Field staff support

  • Liaising daily as needed, responding to queries
  • Active participation in the creation and presentation of Clinical Operations led staff meetings
  • Update, maintain, and administer Emwerx documentation system
  • Employee management (add and remove as necessary)
  • Assist with client facing presentations and literature
  • Including but not limited to quarterly data compilation and interpretation, case highlights, health campaign review, and fact sheet preparation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of health services or delivery of health care
  • Valid and up to date licensure/certification in relevant healthcare field; including but not limited to Registered Nurse, Paramedic, and HSE Offshore Medic
  • Experience working in the offshore energy/maritime space preferred but not essential

COMPUTER SKILLS

  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, general computer & technology literacy.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to allocate, manage and prioritise workload to ensure organisational guidelines are met and that deadlines adhered to.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate an all-round professional attitude especially under pressure with deadlines and conflicting interests
  • Ability to manage highly sensitive issues and information always maintaining confidentiality.
  • Experience in analytical and report writing skills.
  • Experience in data management, analysis, interpretation and presentation skills.
  • Experienced negotiator.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, respond to and comprehend instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Able to clearly articulate complex issues simply and present new ideas persuasively.

REASONING ABILITY

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
