About the Opportunity

Northspyre is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing, venture-backed start-up team. You will be

  • Building and managing HubSpot workflows and marketing automation
  • Supporting and executing email marketing campaigns
  • Managing lead flow and marketing operations processes
  • Assisting with content creation, messaging, and storytelling
  • Using AI tools like ChatGPT to support marketing initiatives
  • Organizing marketing projects, timelines, and workflows
  • Supporting campaign execution across multiple channels
  • Collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams

What we are looking for

  • Experience with HubSpot workflows and marketing automation
  • Experience executing email marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools in a marketing context
  • Strong English communication and writing skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work US timezone hours (required)
  • A proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset

Bonus if

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS environments
  • Background in marketing operations
  • Content writing or storytelling experience
