Experienced Customer Service Professional – SAP Expertise for Global Operations

Job Summary:

As an Experienced Customer Service Professional – SAP Expertise for Global Operations, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end customer experience, from order to installation, by applying broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes, local laws, financial requirements, and international compliance requirements related to customer sales contracts and product shipment. You'll resolve customer service issues for complex, multi-country or multi-regional accounts, act as a liaison between customers and internal organizations, and influence changes to production and/or shipping schedules and price changes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide pre-sales and post-sales consulting to benefit arenaflex clients in areas such as product/service order fulfillment processes, customer service requests, and more

  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end customer experience, from order to installation, by applying broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes, local laws, financial requirements, and international compliance requirements related to customer sales contracts and product shipment
  • Resolve customer service issues for complex, multi-country or multi-regional accounts
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal organizations, such as sales, manufacturing, logistics, and service delivery, to resolve customer inquiries
  • Influence changes to production and/or shipping schedules and price changes
  • Identify and follow up on business opportunities
  • May be responsible for project management of country, regional, or multi-country projects

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree or University Degree or equivalent

  • English Advanced Fluent
  • SAP -ECC, CRM Knowledge
  • Typically 3+ years of relevant experience for entry to this level

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve complex customer issues

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of SAP -ECC, CRM, and other relevant systems
  • Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10% of the time)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a global operations environment

  • Experience with project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Strong knowledge of international compliance requirements and local laws
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, manufacturing, logistics, and service delivery
