Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Freight Processor – Data Entry Specialist to join our team, working from the comfort of their own home. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for processing accounts, ensuring accuracy, and meeting customer requirements. Responsibilities

As a Freight Processor – Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing accounts and determining if the Bill of Lading and PO numbers are applied accurately
  • Entering information into the systems provided, ensuring the Vendor Bill of Lading and PO numbers match the Customer Bill of Lading via Corrections, Bill Complete, and the BL images
  • Achieving and maintaining an acceptable rate and quality to meet or exceed customer requirements
  • Participating in the training of new employees to perform the job
  • Receiving constructive feedback with an open mind and willingness to adapt
  • Being cross-trained in other departments to meet company daily production commitments
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Completing all required Compliance Training within the scheduled time
  • Participating in overtime requirements within the scope of company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Previous data entry experience (not required but a plus)
  • Microsoft Office experience (preferred)
  • File sharing experience (preferred)
  • High-speed internet access
  • All equipment will be provided, including a PC, monitors, keyboard, and mouse
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pre-employment skills-based training will be required after the initial interview

Pay Range

arenaflex uses a market-based approach to pay, and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established considering federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements and the geographic location differential. Our ranges may be modified at any time.

Pay Range:

$16.30-$17.50 per hour
