Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that build loyalty and trust. You'll work closely with our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to ensure their travel needs are met. This is a full-time role, requiring a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients, providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable support to resolve their queries and issues

• Prepare and process tickets, admissions, and travel documents to ensure clients' travel needs are met
• Collaborate with clients in a respectful and helpful manner to create meaningful experiences and build customer loyalty
• Work with a security mindset, ensuring that all interactions are secure and compliant with arenaflex's policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you're equipped to handle complex customer inquiries and issues

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, communications)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and colleagues
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
• Ability to work with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift and handle luggage, and travel to different countries for training and meetings
• Willingness to work any shift assigned, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship
• Ability to meet arenaflex's participation guidelines, uniform, and appearance standards
• Hold a valid visa and U.S. visa

Preferred Qualifications

* Past experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality

• Four-year degree in a relevant field
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
