Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced bilingual customer service representative to join our remote team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them with their reward points, travel bookings, and other related inquiries. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of hire based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to multiple bank customers via phone, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
- Assist customers with tracking shipments, cancelling shipments, refunding reward points, and resolving issues related to damaged shipments
- Help customers book flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises using their accumulated reward points
- Utilize a yes environment approach, focusing on solutions and alternatives rather than limitations
- Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and provide personalized support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Training and Development
* Participate in comprehensive training program, including day one training from 9am-5:30pm and subsequent training sessions from 6:00AM – 2:30PM
- Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure success in the role

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent (must be listed on resume)
- 6+ months of customer service and call center experience
- Exceptional phone and communication skills, with a strong ability to work with people
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of banking and financial services industry
- Familiarity with reward points and travel booking systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
