Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced bilingual customer service representative to join our remote team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them with their reward points, travel bookings, and other related inquiries. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of hire based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to multiple bank customers via phone, ensuring a positive and supportive experience

  • Assist customers with tracking shipments, cancelling shipments, refunding reward points, and resolving issues related to damaged shipments
  • Help customers book flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises using their accumulated reward points
  • Utilize a yes environment approach, focusing on solutions and alternatives rather than limitations
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and provide personalized support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Training and Development

* Participate in comprehensive training program, including day one training from 9am-5:30pm and subsequent training sessions from 6:00AM – 2:30PM

  • Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure success in the role

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent (must be listed on resume)

  • 6+ months of customer service and call center experience
  • Exceptional phone and communication skills, with a strong ability to work with people
  • Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of banking and financial services industry
  • Familiarity with reward points and travel booking systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
