Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurate and efficient data entry from raw data sources, ensuring data integrity and verifying accuracy before entry.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform alphanumeric data entry from raw data sources, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Compare data with source documents and re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
- Compile, sort, and verify data accuracy before entry, utilizing spreadsheets and database software.
- Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors, maintaining logs of activities and completed work.
- Enter data from source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills into specific fields, achieving data entry targets using heavy production techniques.
- Utilize Outlook for internal communications and Salesforce as needed, managing workload effectively and working independently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure data accuracy and integrity, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Required Skills
* 6-10 years of experience in data entry or data remediation, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and navigating multiple systems, including Salesforce and Outlook.
- Familiarity with 10-key skills is a plus, as is experience with heavy Outlook use.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a strong focus on meeting production targets and deadlines.
- Client-facing experience is required, although no direct client communication will occur.
