Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate department
  • Provide information about our products and services, including flight schedules, fares, and travel options
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and ensuring accuracy
  • Process orders and transactions, including flight bookings and cancellations
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements

Requirements

* Proven customer support experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, including customer relationship management and data analysis
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field will be a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
