Position Overview

As a part-time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations and customer service teams. You'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including data entry, customer communication, and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

* Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes
  • Scan and store paperwork electronically
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Refer technical inquiries to appropriate team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

* Proficiency in data entry and computer skills

  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Minimum Education and Experience Required

* High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Some billing experience required

Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used

* Disinfectant process chemicals

  • Personal protective equipment as required
  • Office equipment

Physical Requirements

* Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach

  • Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
  • Repeated bending and kneeling
  • Vision capabilities: Depth perception, attention to detail and/or color
  • Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 pounds

Education

* High School or Equivalent or better
