Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Administrative and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Submitting contractual changes to internal teams based on agreements on file
  • Arranging new account setups and frequency changes
  • Reading contracts and configuring pricing increases and monthly fees
  • Auditing invoices and following up with customers to verify sales and contractual details
  • Utilizing Excel to extract and analyze data, including complex formulas and data entry
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone and email
  • Participating in on-camera meetings and collaborating with internal teams

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and great time management skills
  • The ability to use a phone and feel comfortable making multiple calls throughout the day
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced knowledge of formulas and data analysis
  • Ability to extract and analyze data up to thousands of line items
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Software Skills

You'll need to be proficient in the following software:

  • Excel: Complex formulas and data analysis
  • Data entry and management

Education and Experience

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Project experience, particularly in administrative or customer service roles
  • Customer service experience, which can be used in combination with project experience to determine years of experience range
  • Experience working with Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis

Job Type and Compensation

This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive salary of $18.00 - $20.22 per hour. You'll work 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to set your own schedule and work environment.
