Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Technician Data Entry, Customer Service professional at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting the medication dispensing process at our closed-door pharmacy. You will be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with other team members, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Technician Data Entry, Customer Service professional at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, including triaging customer service requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Calculating and verifying correct dosages based on prescriptions
  • Assisting in reviewing narcotic prescriptions and ensuring timely completion
  • Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
  • Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

  • Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
  • One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Prior experience in the long-term care industry
  • PTCB National Certification

Education

You will need to have a verifiable High School Diploma or GED to be considered for this role.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
