Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Online Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently
  • Serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries, working closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing company systems to track and monitor customer orders and shipments
  • Identifying and suggesting improvements to enhance processes and customer service, participating in training to stay current on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and company policies
  • Meeting individual and team performance goals to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the department's success

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An associate degree or higher
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and think creatively
  • Proficiency in negotiation and time management, with a focus on resolving customer issues effectively
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, remote environment, adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
