Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Providing clear, comprehensive information on our services, addressing questions with accuracy and empathy, and resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Capturing and managing quality control details to ensure customer satisfaction and upholding our high standards of service quality.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Required Skills & Tools
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency with Mac computers and experience using a range of tools, including Slack, Google Drive, Notion, Real VNC, and PDFs.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting measurements, with a strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a MacBook (required for this role).
- Availability to work EST hours, with flexibility to work 7 days a week.
