The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, answering inbound customer calls and providing personalized support to our customers. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. Our Customer Service Specialists are the backbone of our business, and we're committed to providing the training and support you need to succeed in this role.

Life with arenaflex as a Customer Service Representative

* You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of calls and providing personalized support to resolve their queries and concerns.

  • You'll work a set schedule and structured day, with regular breaks and time off to recharge.
  • You'll have the opportunity to work as a Bilingual Specialist, providing support to customers who speak Spanish and English.

Compensation

* Starting rate: $15.00 per hour

  • Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years
  • New! Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members

System Requirements

To ensure that you can provide a great experience for our customers, we require that you maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:

  • A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
  • A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
  • A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
  • A Mac/Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook are not supported

Training Schedule

Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll attend orientation and training for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Your training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
