Key Responsibilities

As a customer service agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, using a variety of software to manage client interactions
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Using Whatsapp communication to engage with clients and provide support
  • Logging in and out of shifts, as well as communicating with colleagues to ensure a seamless transition
  • Reaching out to colleagues ahead of time to ensure they're prepared to start their shift
  • Communicating any scheduling conflicts or issues in advance to ensure a smooth operation

Compensation and Benefits

As a customer service agent at arenaflex, you can expect to earn a competitive salary, with the following compensation structure:

  • $4.50 per incoming call, with opportunities to earn additional income through reservations made
  • Overnight shift call rates of $8.00 per call, available from 10pm to 5am PST
  • Opportunities to work additional hours, with potential for hourly compensation as call volume increases

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a customer service agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • A strong customer service background, with experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Proficiency in using software to manage client interactions, as well as a laptop or computer to input customer information
  • A smartphone for quick navigation and communication
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • A flexible schedule, with the ability to work varied shifts, including overnight hours

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in the private transportation industry or a related field
  • Familiarity with software used in customer service roles
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages
