Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Customer Support

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls and chats, providing exceptional service to our customers
  • Resolving issues and answering questions related to arenaflex's products and services
  • Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Working as a liaison between customers, merchants, and internal teams
  • Utilizing multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or answering chats
  • Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer experience

Responsibilities and Expectations

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chats, providing exceptional service to our customers

  • Resolve issues and answer questions related to arenaflex's products and services
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Work as a liaison between customers, merchants, and internal teams
  • Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or answering chats
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Proficient in using multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Bilingual skills a plus

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Ability to take ownership and tackle issues independently
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Bilingual skills a plus
