As a member of our Client Experiences Configuration Group, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing the strategy, content, and experience to drive commitment and acquisition for some of arenaflex's most iconic products, including Apple Music, Apple Arcade, Apple TV+, Apple News, Wellness, and more.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute innovative design concepts for various products and services, including Apple Music, Apple Arcade, Apple TV+, Apple News, Wellness, and more

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to ensure seamless integration and execution of design concepts
• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user-centric design solutions
• Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency and quality across products and services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and drive innovation
• Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders, including designers, engineers, product managers, and executives

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing development and solid visual and UX design skills
• Proven ability to create and lead successful in-product media client projects
• Strong understanding of what makes content engaging and effective across platforms and audiences
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions that drive user engagement and conversion
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex design challenges and find creative solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with visual communication, video, animation, UX, prototyping, and storytelling

• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
• Experience with design systems, guidelines, and standards
• Strong understanding of UI/UX and product design principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
