Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls and emails from customers regarding reservations, flight changes, and general inquiries.
  • Assisting customers with booking, rebooking, and canceling flights.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

+ Knowledge of airline operations and procedures is a plus. + Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-stress situations calmly. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Fluency in multiple languages is an asset but not required.
