Key Responsibilities

As a remote Teleperformance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond in a collaborative and engaging environment
  • Interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same
  • Using excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines
  • Resolving high-level consumer issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Assisting policy holders with billing questions and concerns
  • Providing support to policy holders with any policy changes requested
  • Supporting policy holders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience minimum
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
