Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients while working in a fast-paced, remote environment. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat

  • Resolve complex client issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and provide suggestions for process improvements
  • Perform moderately complex client care tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Manage risk by following all relevant policies and procedures and staying up-to-date with changes to them
  • Advocate for digital services, such as online delivery of statements and other documents, online sign-up, and other digital opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve client issues and improve the client experience

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, financial services, or contact center operations, or equivalent experience through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows and applications, and use search tools to find information
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues
  • Ability to analyze digital upgrades to provide a better client experience
  • Business industry experience
  • Knowledge of investment terminology
  • Contact center experience
  • A BS/BA degree or higher

* Experience handling complex transactions and conducting in-depth analysis to resolve complex client requests

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with digital services, such as online delivery of statements and other documents, online sign-up, and other digital opportunities
  • Business industry experience
  • Knowledge of investment terminology
