Key Responsibilities:

- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction metrics, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems or similar.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal downtime.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
