Key Responsibilities:

* Provide empathetic and personalized support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their post-order issues, and helping them find solutions that meet their expectations.

  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chats, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction metrics, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely support to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to management to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems or similar.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal downtime.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
