Job Description

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of data across our systems, providing exceptional customer support, and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their concerns through email, live chat, and phone calls
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients' customers receive outstanding support
  • Assisting with order inquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to customer purchases
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, finding effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data, ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and productivity
  • Analyzing data trends and providing insights to inform business decisions and drive growth

Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer support, or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software
  • Experience with CRM systems, data management tools, and other relevant software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality

  • Knowledge of SQL and database management
  • Experience with cloud-based software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Certification in customer service, data management, or a related field
