Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting union members and veterans with their benefit inquiries. You'll provide information, guide them through the enrollment process, and offer ongoing support to ensure they receive the benefits that best meet their needs. Your exceptional communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, or virtual meetings

  • Explain benefit options to members and assist with enrollment
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
  • Provide ongoing support to answer any questions about benefits
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support and resolution
