Experienced Full Stack Ramp Agent – Customer Service Agent – MSP

How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)

As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of baggage, cargo, and mail to and from aircraft. This role requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft
• Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather
• Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion
• Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination
• Maintaining a high level of safety awareness and adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data
• Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles
• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
• Have a valid driver's license
• Proficiency in English
• Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
• Must wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to include, but not limited to: hearing protection, safety-toe footwear, protective headwear (bump cap or hard hat), and high visibility safety apparel subject to an approved accommodation, such as alternate PPE
• Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal

• Previous experience in a customer service or ramp agent role
• Knowledge of airport operations and procedures
• Familiarity with ground equipment and baggage handling systems
