The Mission

As a Fraud Customer Service Representative, you'll be the guardian of fair play in the gaming world. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate suspicious activities across our client's gaming platform, using cutting-edge investigation tools to solve complex fraud cases. You'll analyze digital footprints to separate legitimate transactions from fraudulent ones, collaborate with an elite fraud prevention team, and stay one step ahead of emerging fraud trends. Key Responsibilities

* Solving complex fraud cases using cutting-edge investigation tools

Essential Qualifications

* A detective's eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in an interactive environment
  • 1+ year of technical support experience that proves you speak 'tech'
  • Gaming knowledge that shows you understand the player's world (Active League of Legends or VALORANT players, we're looking at you!)
  • Network troubleshooting abilities
  • Quick learning capabilities for new software and tools
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
  • Problem-solving skills that would impress Sherlock Holmes
  • The ability to explain complex technical concepts like you're teaching a friend
  • English communication skills that would make Shakespeare proud
  • A track record of thriving in fast-paced environments
  • The power to maintain composure when facing challenges

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the gaming industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of gaming platforms and fraud detection tools
  • Certification in customer service or technical support
