Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our Remote Workforce Management department, working closely with our team to drive success and improve our processes. You'll be responsible for leading task groups, performing data collection and analysis, and developing solutions to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive business growth and improve processes

• Perform data collection and analysis, including data mining, data visualization, and data storytelling
• Develop solutions to drive business growth, including process improvements, system enhancements, and data-driven recommendations
• Produce reports and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders to inform business decisions
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and results
• Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization tools and technologies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a field related to data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling
• Experience driving high-performing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or field-based environment

• Knowledge of ASDS (Associate Store Director Support) systems and processes
• Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools and technologies, including Excel, SQL, or similar
• Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
