Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist / Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support via live chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Communications, Business Administration, or Customer Service.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer support, live chat, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles, practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers and teams.
