Role Summary

As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing education, support, and guidance to help them achieve their goals. You'll work closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to address client needs and concerns. Key Responsibilities

* Educate clients about programs and resources available to them, promoting wellness and healthy lifestyle choices

  • Schedule appointments with our nurses and coaches, or group coaching events, to support client goals and objectives
  • Educate clients on company-sponsored incentives and review progress towards meeting their goals
  • Assist clients with portal questions, including password resets, registration, navigation, and health assessments
  • Promote the mobile app and provide a positive client experience reflective of arenaflex values
  • Work closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to address client needs and concerns

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service call center environment, supporting inbound and outbound queues

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse client populations
  • Ability to type 45 WPM with 95% accuracy and meet keyboarding requirements
  • Microsoft 360 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) skills and experience with Avaya One X or comparable telephonic software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple assignments and adapting to change
  • Foundational knowledge of computers, including navigation, working in multiple windows, and basic functions such as copy/paste

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience promoting programs or telephonic sales

  • Worked in a setting with contractual customer expectations and performance guarantees
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to discern key points to assist with problem resolution
  • Ability to follow direction, multi-task, and adapt to change
  • Foundational knowledge of computers, including navigation, working in multiple windows, and basic functions such as copy/paste

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary, ranging from $18.50 to $31.72 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your compensation, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:
