The Opportunity

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing world-class service and support to our customers, while also driving sales and revenue growth. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of calls, emails, and chats, and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for upselling and cross-selling our products and services, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support, resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle a high volume of calls, emails, and chats, using creative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and needs
  • Upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, including new features and releases
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

What You'll Need

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high volume of calls and customer interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at a telecommunications or technology company

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including our latest features and releases
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
