Position Overview

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by accurately and efficiently processing data, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while developing your skills and expertise in data analysis, customer service, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

* Process and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information, transactions, and other relevant data

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols to protect sensitive information

Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, data analysis) preferred

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, SAS, Tableau) a plus
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong attention to detail, ability to analyze data, and extract insights to inform business decisions
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to diverse audiences
  • Collaboration: Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and vendors
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
