Job Overview

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery. You'll also assist customers with questions, work through problem-solving scenarios, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery

  • Assist customers with questions and concerns
  • Work through problem-solving scenarios to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
  • Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
  • Receive truck deliveries

Physical Demands

* Perform physical labor including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
  • Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
  • Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week
