The Grandsard Agency is a recognized leader in financial services, seeking self-driven and goal-oriented individuals for the role of Sales Representative. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while engaging with clients, conducting consultations, and building a client base through various lead sources.

Responsibilities

  • Master our products and systems to deliver a top-tier client experience
  • Engage warm leads—follow up with clients who’ve shown prior interest
  • Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom and phone during the sales cycle
  • Serve as the link between corporate updates and client communication
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to address inquiries and solutions
  • Meet promotional targets to unlock growth opportunities
  • Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations
  • Participate in weekly Zoom team meetings
  • Build your client base through company-generated leads or you can self-generate your own leads
  • Educate new and existing clients on life insurance and retirement solutions

Skills
