Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in building materials, lumber, or related manufacturing industries.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage a sales pipeline independently.
  • Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new client opportunities, building a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while providing accurate forecasts to management.
  • Present products and services professionally, including attending trade shows and industry events.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
